The BLVD at White Springs in Nottingham, MD is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join the WPM Real Estate Management maintenance team. You will help maintain the community, ensure resident satisfaction, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role requires hands-on work across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, plus availability for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance work orders.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (turnovers).

Service Technician – The BLVD at White Springs
Location: Nottingham, MD
Compensation: $26/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance work orders
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (turnovers)
• Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hands‑on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Availability for after‑hours emergency response (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
