Carteret Management Corporation is seeking Maintenance Personnel to perform routine building maintenance for a newer apartment community in downtown Jacksonville. Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain safety, appearance and operational standards as directed by management.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior structure and appliances.
• Perform apartment turnovers including cleaning, painting and carpet shampooing.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed.
