Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our teams at Park Haven and Village Green two apartment communities (372 total units) in Brooklyn Park and Fridley, MN. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities include completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacants, and supporting on-call coverage with a trip stipend

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
