Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities, Park Haven and Village Green, in Brooklyn Park and Fridley, MN. You will oversee general upkeep, respond to work orders, and ensure a high standard of living experience for residents.

Required 1-2 years of maintenance experience with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting; HVAC and EPA familiarity is preferred. On-site role with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties; trip stipend if called after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
