Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Park Haven and Village Green in Brooklyn Park and Fridley, MN. You will help maintain common areas and apartments, respond to work orders, and ensure a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing/painting knowledge, HVAC and EPA preferred, and a valid driver's license. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive pay rate with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
