Candidates should have strong customer service, be organized, and capable of on-call work. EPA/CPO preferred, must pass checks; 2 years' experience and own tools are required.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and proactive communication with Management to ensure a well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar technician role.
• Own general tools and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Thorough, accurate, and organized in task execution.
• EPA Certification preferred; CPO Certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Keep the community clean and well maintained.
• Respond to a wide range of residential service requests with professionalism.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory; oversee outside contractors.
• Report unresolved maintenance issues to Management; participate in on-call rotations.
