Job summary

nheincteam is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Gordon Street Lofts in Greenville, SC. Under supervision, this role maintains physical assets, performs repairs, makes readies, and supports budget monitoring.

You'll work with maintenance staff, prioritize work orders, coordinate vacant unit prep, and ensure safety and quality across the community. Flex schedule includes weekends/holidays with potential promotion to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager (i.e., walking apartments, move-in/move-out reports, etc.).
• Determine weekly apartment make-ready and Work Order schedules.
• Report apartments that are ready to show to the Community Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and Work Orders for occupied apartments.
• Coordinate, schedule and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
