Job summary

NHE, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician I at The Sullivan in Greenville, SC. You will assist with general maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartments, while monitoring supplies and budget adherence.

Role may lead to Maintenance Technician II with weekend/on-call duties and occasional holidays. Candidates should be flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced multi-family setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years general maintenance experience and/or 1-year multi-family experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities for apartment community with other staff.
• Walk apartments, prepare vacant units for move-in, and coordinate make-readies.
• Provide preventive maintenance on equipment and appliances per schedule.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service tickets.
• Ensure safety and report hazardous conditions.
