Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Weston Oaks community in Weston, FL. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical work and assist the Service Manager with maintenance tasks.

Requirements include at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including on-call availability. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar building maintenance.
• Ability to perform multiple trades (appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, electrical).
• Must be punctual, dependable and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community maintenance tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation programs.
