Westdale Asset Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Service Technician II for a 212-unit community. You will perform on-site maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep apartments in top condition.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24–$26, on-site hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with weekends/on-call as needed, plus a robust benefits package and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Weekend/on-call rotation for emergencies; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Maintain common areas and repair stairs, gates, fences, and railings.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service to residents and units.
