Qualifications

• Experience working in facilities or residential maintenance is required.
• Candidates must be able to self-motivate and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond to work orders from residents and site staff promptly.
• Maintain the curb appeal of properties and ensure community standards are upheld.

Skills

Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
