In this full‑time position, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and participate in an on‑call rotation. Each day, you'll report to a central location before heading to your assigned job site or service area.
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will arrive at the central location each morning before traveling to your assigned properties. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot and repair issues involving HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and low voltage electrical systems. You will respond to work orders submitted by residents and site staff, always ensuring a prompt and professional approach. Upholding community standards and complying with all relevant local, state, and federal codes will be a key part of your day. You'll also take pride in maintaining the curb appeal of each property, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for every resident.
