As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you complete work orders for residents to ensure their living spaces are well-maintained and comfortable. You work closely with the property manager to maintain an immaculate appearance at each site, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escal. Additionally, you prepare units for new move-ins, creating a welcoming environment for residents who are excited to call our community home.
Enjoy a schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and the flexibility to be on-call for emergencies as needed.
