Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance duties at an apartment community. The role emphasizes resident service, safety, and upkeep, with duties spanning preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of maintenance experience, HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to work rotating on-call shifts, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs promptly and thoroughly.
• Assist with inventory of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safety practices across property.
• Communicate with residents, staff, vendors, and supervisors.
