Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities or related environments.
• Demonstrated skills in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional resident service and support team members.
• Complete apartment turns according to AIR standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Complete service requests efficiently with high workmanship quality.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and vendor coordination.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced technicians.
