Monarch Investment and Management Group in Williston, North Dakota, is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team. This full-time, year-round role requires hands-on maintenance experience in multi-family housing and a focus on safety and resident comfort.

Salary is $28.00–$32.00 per hour, with annual raises, bonuses, and strong benefits including 401(k) match, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. On-call duties apply.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.

Full Time/Year Round work.

Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

What we are hoping for

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPO Certification preferred
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
