Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, MI. The role supervises a maintenance team across a 310-unit property and handles day-to-day repairs, safety, and resident needs.

We require 3+ years in maintenance (multi-family preferred) with HVAC or EPA certification; a valid driver’s license is essential, and CPO certification is a plus. This is a full-time, dayshift position with strong growth potential.

• HVAC or EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff at a 310-unit community.
