Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for an apartment community in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

1. Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs.
2. Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
3. Replace carpets and wooden floors.
4. Install and repair wiring, plugs, and switches.
5. Perform groundskeeping and complete all make-ready apartments.
6. Carry out highly skilled apartment repairs and make-readies at various communities.
7. Complete maintenance work orders efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• CPO certification required.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Excellent customer service skills with consistent work quality and quantity.
• Ability to schedule staff and vendors, and follow up on work quality.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain budget.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (may vary from 7 AM to 4 PM based on site needs).
