Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-campus maintenance and custodial activities at The Summit at Queens College in Flushing, NY. The role includes repairs, preventive maintenance, staff supervision, and vendor coordination.
The position requires 3–5 years of general maintenance experience in property management or related fields, with HVAC knowledge and strong communication skills.

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for oversight of maintenance and custodial work for an on-campus student community. This position is also completing repairs and preventive maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to oversight and performance of general maintenance, building systems, project management, supervision of staff and vendors, and inventory control. The supervisor will project a professional image through interactions with all internal and external customers. This position serves in an emergency on-call rotation for the community. Periodic work may be required after hours and on weekends in the case of emergencies including significant weather events.
