AION is seeking an Assistant Service Director to manage all physical aspects of our apartment community, coordinating maintenance, ensuring curb appeal, and handling resident requests. You will oversee service teams, schedule preventive tasks, and liaise with Property Manager on improvements and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Certification Universal.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 4+ years maintenance and repair experience for apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety issue.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
• Notify Property Managers with solutions for safety or liability concerns.
• Conduct and document weekly safety meetings and training.
