What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Groundskeeper:

• Janitorial Duties – Keep the community clean and well-maintained.
• Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance – Contribute to beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Minor Painting – Refresh and touch up interior and exterior areas.
• Trash Removal – Ensure apartments are move-in ready with efficient trash-out services.
• Power Washing – Maintain a fresh and inviting community appearance.

As a Maintenance Technician (Skills):

• Make-Ready/Turns – Prepare units thoroughly for new residents.
• Electrical Repairs – Maintain and repair essential electrical components.
• Plumbing Work – Address issues with sinks, showers, toilets, and water heaters.
• Appliance Repairs – Troubleshoot and fix common household appliances.
• Drywall Repairs – Patch and restore walls as needed.
• Painting – Keep interior and exterior areas looking great.
• HVAC Certification – A plus, but not required!

What You’ll Need:
