Description:
We’re currently hiring a Maintenance Porter to join our team at a busy residential propertyin Staten Island, NY. If you're reliable, hardworking, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and safe, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay:
$20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize restrooms and public spaces

• Take out trash and recycling

• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and repairs

• Report safety hazards or building issues

• Ensure grounds are clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous porter, janitorial, or maintenance experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
