Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm seeking a Service Manager to supervise the repair and maintenance of property buildings, ensuring timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep to maintain operational effectiveness.

The role oversees the electrical and mechanical systems, enforces safety policies, and ensures clean, hygienic premises in line with Fairstead standards. It requires strong trades knowledge and leadership on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and accident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of other maintenance employees.
• Taking a leadership position on special projects.
• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Work independently on routine projects and receive assistance for more complex projects.

The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead's property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager oversees operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair and ensure that property's premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead safety policies and standards.
