Job summary

Fairstead seeks a Service Manager to supervise maintenance and ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep across properties. This role ensures electrical and mechanical systems are inspected and repaired, and facilities remain clean and compliant with safety standards.

You will lead maintenance staff and manage special projects while maintaining quality and resident safety. Exact compensation varies by location, with a stated salary range of $23–$25 per hour.

The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead’s property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager oversees operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair and ensure that property’s premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead safety policies and standards.

Salary Range: $23—$25 USD
