Monarch Investment is seeking a Roving Maintenance Carpenter to join our Special Projects Team in the Florissant, Overland, and Maryland Heights region. This floating position is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on solving problems, improving properties, and working independently across multiple sites.
Variety & Impact: Take on special projects and renovations across multiple properties
Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hr (based on experience)

Travel between properties in Florissant, Overland, and Maryland Heights to complete special projects
Perform skilled carpentry work: cabinetry, drywall, flooring, doors, trim, and more
Lead unit upgrades and renovations, from rough framing to finish carpentry
Collaborate with site teams and project managers to ensure quality and efficiency
Diagnose and repair structural or cosmetic issues in vacant and occupied units
Maintain job site cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Strong hands-on experience in:
Carpentry, drywall, and painting
Light plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple properties
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Technical skill demonstrations required during the interview
Positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
