Civitas Senior Living in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated facilities team. You will work with the Maintenance Director to keep our community safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents, handling tasks from daily walkthroughs to preventive care.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility walkthroughs and address malfunctions promptly.
• Provide skilled maintenance to service requests and ensure quality workmanship.

• Assist in managing parts expenses and review costs before purchases.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment.

• Emergency Response: Ability to act quickly and remain composed in emergencies.
