Integrity Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Huntington Hills in Stow and Brookledge Commons in Cuyahoga Falls. You will tour apartments, showcase units, and build relationships with prospective residents while ensuring properties are pristine for move-ins.

The role includes marketing via outreach channels and assisting with leases and renewals, contributing to resident retention and market-competitiveness.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing, customer service, or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with prospective residents and tour apartment homes.
• Ensure property and available apartment homes are in pristine condition for showings and move-ins.
• Participate in marketing, sales activities and customer service with current and future residents.
• Prepare resident leases/renewals and support the Management Team.
