Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Palm Breeze Luxury Apartments in Palm Bay, FL. You will lease apartments, provide customer service, and help maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include apartment tours, follow-ups, rent negotiations, move-in/out coordination, and maintaining curb appeal. Weekly payroll, $24.00 per hour, plus commissions and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to understand customers' needs and match them with solutions; marketing and selling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; keep paperwork organized.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments via telephone sales and tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents to establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present the community professionally and maintain curb appeal.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs for resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewal processes.
• Write work orders and update Yardi with details.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency as needed.
• Support manager with reporting to the property supervisor and agencies.
• Oversee resident relations and enforce community rules.
