Qualifications

• Sales, customer service and basic computer skills.
• Interaction with other employees and the public – Must interact with residents, prospects, team members and maintenance.
• Physical demands – Walking, standing, and sitting for long periods at times.

Responsibilities

• Complete market surveys.
• Serve as a community ambassador with strong communication and sales skills.
• Show available apartments and handle on-site traffic.
• Close leases and qualify prospects, completing all paperwork for timely move-ins.
