Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Leasing Professional to handle all leasing activities at River Place Flats in Fishers, IN. The role involves responding to inquiries, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and supporting on-site marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.

You will maximize lease conversions, maintain accurate resident data, and assist with renewals while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide apartment tours and move-ins.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups with prospects.
• Develop and monitor marketing/referral programs to boost occupancy and retention.
• Maintain property data and ensure accuracy in systems such as Entrata.
• Support management with renewals, notices to vacate, and rent collections.
