Job summary

Paradigm Management in McLean, VA is seeking a temporary Leasing Professional to lease apartments, complete leasing paperwork, finalize move-in preparations, and answer prospect and resident questions with timely and remarkable customer service.

You will conduct tours, process applications through move-in, support marketing efforts, assist with resident relations and administrative tasks, and join a team that values a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior residential leasing success or proven sales and customer service experience in a related service field.
• College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours of the community and capture rental commitments from application to move-in.
• Lease apartments, complete leasing paperwork and finalize move-in preparations.
• Prepare leasing related reports and assist with marketing activities.
• Support resident relations and administrative tasks within the property management team.
• Collaborate with leasing and property staff to maintain a positive environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Weekend work schedule to maximize leasing potential.
