Independence Realty Trust Inc. is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant at Bella Terra at City Center in Aurora, CO. You will represent the community, show properties, and convert inquiries into residents with sales expertise.

You’ll conduct tours, explain features and rents, manage applications, and help plan resident events. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package including commissions.

• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
