Job summary

GC Real Estate Partners is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Specialist to join the Station 955 and Metro Crossing on-site teams in Eau Claire, WI. This role focuses on attracting new residents, showcasing communities, and supporting leasing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, tours, applications, leases, and coordinating move-ins, while also creating engaging social media content and maintaining listings.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with others.
• Creative with an interest in social media and marketing.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong customer service skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred, but not required.

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Process rental applications, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and promotional materials.

• Research local rental market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing incentives.
• Track leasing activity, leads, tours, and conversion rates.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community events.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18-$20

Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating Saturday's, and occasional evenings for events
