The Landings of Brentwood in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, conduct engaging tours, and match residents with our vibrant multi-family community. You’ll close leases, manage applications, and serve as the resident advocate while contributing to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
