AMLI Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for AMLI Aero, a brand-new 442-unit luxury community in San Diego. You will conduct engaging tours, highlight amenities, and help turn prospects into residents with exceptional service.

You’ll follow up on inquiries via phone, email, text, and online, build relationships, process applications, prepare leases, and assist move-ins. A sales-driven, friendly professional thrives on goals and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional approach to working with customers.
• Sales-driven mindset with a desire to achieve goals.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging apartment tours highlighting brand-new homes, luxury amenities, and community features.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find their ideal home.
• Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries, following up consistently to convert leads into signed leases.
• Work toward individual and team leasing goals while helping build occupancy at AMLI Aero San Diego.
• Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Coordinate move-ins and help ensure a welcoming experience for new residents.
