Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent for Pennbrook Apartments to assist residents in finding their next home.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organization, and the ability to travel between properties to show units and process applications. You will handle tours, applications, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate files, reports, and resident records using our leasing tools.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite, Knock, BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
