Tarantino Properties is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent who will focus on delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects while coordinating leasing activities and maintaining organized records across multiple properties.

The role requires traveling between properties and working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on communication, multitasking, and professional presentation. Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Travel between properties; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
