Job Title: Apartment Leasing Agent at Hayman Company

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Leasing Agent to lease apartments at our Palatine community, Clover Ridge East Apartments. As the face of our company, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, building relationships and showcasing our property as their future home. The ideal candidate has a proven sales record and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospective resident needs and recommend suitable apartments.
• Ensure curb appeal and apartment readiness each morning for tours.
• Follow up on internet and phone leads to set appointments.
• Conduct tours and close prospects.
• Process applications, prepare lease packages, and manage renewals.
• Conduct move-in orientations and meet all move-in requirements.
• Manage marketing and social media for the community.

Applicants are required to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably within the apartment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective residents.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working well independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus.
