Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Agent

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects
• Enjoy great commission opportunities
• Verify applications and process paperwork
• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Generate traffic through outreach
• Maintain resident satisfaction with events and customer service
• Assist property and leasing managers as needed
• Manage 156 units on the property

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in leasing conventional apartments (required)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Professional attitude and flexibility
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
