Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Agent

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects
• Achieve great commission opportunities
• Verify applications and process paperwork
• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Generate traffic through outreach activities
• Maintain resident satisfaction through events and excellent customer service
• Assist the property and leasing managers as needed
• Manage 156 units on the property

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; strong sales and leasing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Professional attitude, flexibility, and presentation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
