Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Agent for Portofino at Las Colinas. Greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases to maintain strong occupancy while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and candidates should live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Weekends REQUIRED
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:
