Job summary

Adara Communities in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Apartment Floating Leasing Agent to join our team. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases while maintaining high occupancy and professional resident service.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a flexible weekend schedule. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven closing ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule with weekends required.
• Live within 20 miles of the property or willing to relocate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Floating Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For in the Apartment Floating Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
