Job summary

Adara Communities in Pirates Landing is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to greet prospects, qualify applicants, and close leases in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

You will lease a 230-unit property, manage leasing paperwork, and deliver excellent customer service while building a positive community presence. Weekend availability is required; bilingual skills are a plus; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You\'ll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We\'re looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property\'s social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We\'re Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
