Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional in Boston, MA. The role requires greeting prospects, giving tours, processing leasing paperwork, and handling deposits and rents. You will communicate policies, follow up on non-lease leads, and ensure units are move-in ready.

The position supports marketing efforts, leases renewals, and timely responses to inquiries. Weekend availability may be required for this on-site role in a fast-paced property management setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite and MRI.
• Weekend availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins.
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate.
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques.
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
