InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in College Station, TX. You will greet prospective residents, give tours, determine housing needs and close leads, while assisting with leasing paperwork and move-in processes.

Competenze

• Excellent communication, verbal and written, is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Experience with leasing software is a plus.
• Weekend availability is required.

Mansioni

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while assessing housing needs and closing leads.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, applications, and move-in checks.
• Collect deposits and rent and communicate lease policies.
• Follow up with leads who did not lease and maintain move-in readiness.
• Market the property using creative techniques to attract residents.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Leasing Consults play an important role in creating an outstanding living experience for current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.

InterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
• Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc.
• Ability to work weekends as required
