Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is hiring for a Leasing position in Woodstock, GA. The role involves greeting prospective residents, giving tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. You will collect deposits, explain policies, and coordinate move-ins while leveraging leasing software tools.

Preferred backgrounds include real estate, retail, sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service. Training and ongoing coaching are provided as part of a path to permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong customer service background is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours, assess housing needs and close leads.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, applications, leases and background checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads that did not lease and keep records up to date.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and perform last-minute touches as needed.
• Develop new resident outreach using creative marketing approaches.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr

Leasing Consults play an important role in creating an outstanding living experience for current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends as required
