Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining apartment AC units, as well as handling electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. The role involves completing work orders for residents and collaborating with the maintenance team on various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units for optimal performance.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, and fixtures.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Carry out carpentry, lock repairs, and replacements.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and address current residents' work orders.
• Assist in property renovations and maintain community curb appeal.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Own tools are required.
• At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
