Job Description

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Certified Maintenance Technicians for apartment HVAC systems. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining AC units, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and collaborating with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units for optimal performance.
• Repair major appliances like refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Conduct plumbing repairs as needed.
• Perform carpentry work, lock repairs, or replacements.
• Complete make-ready/punch-outs on vacant units.
• Assist in renovation projects to improve property quality.
• Maintain community curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient task completion.

Qualifications:

• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC units.
• Experience with appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
