Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Housekeeper for our Imperial Chase property. You will clean vacant apartments, maintain common areas, and assist with make-ready preparations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness for new residents.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team across scheduling. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Housekeeper:

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will:

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Housekeeper:

• Stable work history
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items as part of daily housekeeping responsibilities. Work is performed both indoors and within community common areas.

All employees must comply with the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
