No prior apartment experience is required; dependability, eagerness to learn, and comfort with outdoor, physically active work are valued. The role offers opportunities to join the property maintenance team and contribute to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeper role involves maintaining the community’s cleanliness and appearance.
• Outdoor, physically active work is required.
• Ability to work independently or with the maintenance team.
• Experience in landscaping or similar is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained
